We wish to express our sincere thanks to all the participants who had a booth at the park at our 2010 celebration. You all contributed toward making it a wonderful event, and we hope to see you back again in 2011.

PARK PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT
Businesses or organizations wishing to participate in the 4th of July activities at Pleasant Hill Park can sponsor a booth offering a free game or activity. The presentation or activity should be patriotic, fun, entertaining or educational for those attending, especially children, and cannot be in conflict with commission goals, purposes or activities.

Promotional handouts regarding the business or organization may be distributed at the booth location, and you may display your organization's banner at your booth. But please note and observe the following:

• items or services may not be offered for sale
• donations or other contributions may not be solicited or accepted

The park activities begin at 10:30 am and last till approximately 2:30 pm.

Your organization is responsible for all supplies, materials, and manpower necessary to conduct the activity, including erecting a tent, booth, or table/chair combination in the allocated space, and any need for electricity. Booth space will be about 20 by 20 feet.

Please take responsibility for the allocated area from start to finish and leave the park in the same condition found.

The registration fee for booth operators is $50 ($25 for non-profit organizations) plus any permit costs required by local or state authorities.
